The City Manager is the Chief Administrative Officer for the City. The Manager is appointed by the City Council and coordinates all City departments to implement the programs, policies, and vision of the City Council. The City Manager makes recommendations to the Council on programs and policies. In addition, the City Manager also serves as the Zoning Administrator and DDA Director.
