The City contracts with Professional Code Inspections (PCI) for all building, electrical, plumbing and mechanical inspections. PCI also performs our rental inspections and final inspections for all facade grants. Applicants should contact Building Inspector Stosh Macomber regarding all building questions as our office staff is not equipped to answer most permit questions (616) 877-2000 x 111. Stosh is in City Hall each Wednesday from approximately 3:30 p.m. until 5:00 p.m.
