The City contracts with Professional Code Inspections (PCI) for all building, electrical, plumbing and mechanical inspections. PCI also performs our rental inspections. Applicants should contact PCI regarding all building questions (616) 877-2000 x 111. A PCI staff member is in City Hall each Wednesday from approximately 3:30 p.m. until 5:00 p.m.
