The Cedar Springs Planning Commission reviews zoning and land use matters and is charged with developing a master plan for development of the community along with a zoning ordinance that provides for design flexibility coupled with some degree of control by the municipality.
The CS Planning Commission meets the first Tuesday of the month and is comprised of nine members appointed by the Mayor with the approval of the City Council. Members include: Lisa Atchison, Robert Truesdale, Dale Bray, Sherri Foster, Jerry Hall, Ken Benham, Craig Owens, Clinton Conley and Mark Laws.
