Economic Development Opportunities

At any given time, the City of Cedar Springs has a number of opportunities for entrepreneurs to realize their dreams.  While other communities have been struggling in the poor economy, Cedar Springs has welcomed a number of new businesses, downtown vacancies have actually decreased and building permit issuance remains steady.  This phenomena is largely due to a 3-year facade grant improvement program which generated over $500,000 in private investment in the downtown corridor.   Click HERE to download before and after photos of downtown Cedar Springs.
