Board of Review
The Board of Review is charged with revising and correcting property tax assessments and has the same powers and performs duties as conferred by law according to City Charter, Section 6.14. The Board hears complaints from all persons considering themselves aggrieved by assessments, and, if any person or property has been wrongfully assessed or omitted from the roll, the Board corrects the roll in such a manner as it deems just.
Board of Review Members are appointed by the Mayor and serve two-year terms. Cedar Springs Board of Review members include Stacey Velting, Ardena Roberts and Art Probst.
